Ever since discovering the wonders of Narnia, Julie Bihn has been dreaming of other worlds and the people who inhabit them. Her most recent novel is Titanic Voyage, which combines her fascination with time travel, theme parks, history, love (romantic and not), and, of course, the Titanic. She’s currently hard at work on its sequel, Immigrants’ Journey, but she’d be very surprised if it releases before 2026. Her humorous short story “Turtle Day, or Kate Malone and the Magic Calzone” is featured in The Accidental Time Travelers’ Collective Volume 1. She’s also the author of A Selkie’s Prayer and co-author of The Healer and the Pirate.
Julie has appeared in several seasons of the hit show BattleBots (OK, in the audience holding up a ridiculous number of signs, but still). While much of her spare time lately has been consumed by writing and editing, she also enjoys costuming, pressed pennies, and adventures with her favorite teddy bear, “Shellie May.” Her favorite Pixar movies include Elemental and WALL-E, though she thinks Luca was criminally overrated. Her goal is to keep sharing stories of hope until the Savior calls her to a new world.
Julie regularly posts on Bluesky and Mastodon, often as part of the #TimeTravelAuthors community, and can very occasionally be found on Facebook and Instagram. She’s posted some good stuff on her Twitter, but she’s pretty much abandoned it because, well, you know.
